Schedule a meeting for another host
Users with host accounts can schedule Webex meetings on behalf of another host from the same organization. When you schedule a meeting for another host, both you and the other host can modify the meeting. You become a cohost of the meeting, but don't appear in the invitee list.
To schedule a meeting on behalf of someone else, that person must have allowed another host to schedule meetings on their behalf.
- Sign in to User Hub.
- Click the Schedule drop-down menu and select Schedule a meeting.
You can select any saved meeting templates from the Meeting templates drop-down menu.
- In the Schedule for drop-down list, select the host's name for whom you're scheduling the meeting.
Note: If you don’t see this option, the person for whom you're scheduling the meeting must enable the option to allow another host to schedule meetings on their behalf.
- Enter the details for the meeting.
- Select Schedule to schedule your meeting for later.
